Protection
Dividing a family household, including assets and income, can be complex. Whether you are the primary wage earner or a dependent spouse, you want to make sure that your rights are protected. We will take a personalized approach to understand your concerns.
Child Support
When child support is established, the income of both parents, the number of children and certain other factors are used to calculate support obligations. Likewise, circumstances may arise that make existing child support arrangements
insufficient or too burdensome.
Custody
Whether you want sole custody, shared custody, or you want to protect your rights, it is important to know what steps to take in the legal process. We will inform you of your options, explore alternatives and give you the information you need to make the best decision for your family.
Spousal Support
Spousal support or alimony pendente lite is awarded to a financially dependent spouse after the parties are separated, but before any divorce petition has been finalized. Alimony refers to the support paid after the divorce is finalized. The three main types are permanent, rehabilitative, and reimbursement alimony.
Adoption
Whether you are considering adopting a child or you want to protect your rights as a biological parent, we can protect your rights and interests.
